The primary role of the study board is to coordinate the content of your education, make sure that the rules are followed by staff as well as students, and also make sure of your well-being.

The study board consists of politically elected bodies from AAU - teachers, students, and some of the administrative personnel as observers.

Your study board secretary is there to help you

You can contact your study board secretary if you need a credit transfer or an exemption for an exam if you need to take leave because of illness, pregnancy, or for other reasons.

You should also reach out to the study board if you have suggestions or feedback regarding the content of your program or the study environment.

If you find it challenging to be a student - if there are practical or personal reasons for why you are or might fall behind on your studies - you can reach out to your study board secretary. They can talk to you about what the best solution might be for you.
